Those are coaching SaaS products with a fixed feature set, fine when you fit the box and painful when you don't. We build custom coaching platforms shaped around how you actually coach: your programming approach, your data-capture style, your community model. The benchmark we built is AM Training Hall (see /cases): web app + Discord bot + waitlist CRM running one coaching practice from one operator surface, not five.
Will members actually log if I make them use a new app?
They will if the friction is low enough. The pattern that works: AI-assisted capture so a workout logs in seconds without typing every set, Discord integration so check-ins happen in a channel they're already in, and gentle accountability automation (roll calls, leaderboards, weekly recaps) that nudges adherence without being annoying. Most members start using a unified platform within two weeks because it's less work than the apps they were juggling.
I already use Discord for my community. Will this work with it?
Yes. Discord-native is the default pattern. We build a bot (the AM Training Hall version is called 6AMbot) that runs check-ins, roll calls, leaderboards, compliance nudges, and weekly recaps directly in the channels you already moderate. The web app and Discord stay in sync; members can log adherence from either side. Discord role gating controls who sees what in the web app.

NDAs yes, without friction. Non-competes no. I might work with multiple coaches in adjacent niches, and the only honest answer is "I won't copy your specific programming or member list, but I will use the engineering patterns again." The systems are custom to your practice; the engineering discipline is mine.
I want to add a lead-gen site to my coaching platform. Can you do both?
Yes. That's exactly the AM Training Hall + Active Krew pattern. One client, two builds: the operational coaching platform (where members live) plus a brand-aligned marketing site (where prospects land and get qualified into the waitlist). What payment processors do you integrate for member dues?
Stripe is the default. We support Square and PayPal where the practice already runs on them. Recurring subscription, one-time program purchase, and pause/resume flows all configured. We don't build payment processing from scratch. The integration is to your processor's standard SDK.
Can members opt in or out of automated nudges?
Opt-in flags per channel (SMS, email, Discord DM) are surfaced on the member profile. Members can toggle from the web app or by replying STOP to any nudge. Coach dashboards show opt-in/out state per member so you know who you can reach.
Can the Discord bot be white-labeled to my coaching brand?
Yes. The bot runs in your Discord server with your custom name, your custom branding, your custom commands. We build it as your bot, not as a Floeberg-branded shared service.
