Coaching platform was running (AM Training Hall) but the practice needed a brand-aligned public face that converted cold visitors into qualified intake. Existing site was a stock template with no funnel logic and no integration back into the waitlist CRM. Lead capture was happening through Instagram DMs and a spreadsheet that nobody updated.

Built Active Krew as the lead-gen site for Coach Tri's coaching practice. Brand-voiced copy aimed at the ICP (Asian men in fitness coaching context), opinionated positioning ("no-BS coaching"), intake flow that routes qualified prospects directly into the existing platform's waitlist CRM. Same engineering discipline as the platform build, scoped tight to a marketing site.
