Coaching practice running on five apps glued together with screenshots: programming in one tool, DMs for delivery, Notion for client notes, spreadsheets for compliance tracking, Discord for community. Coach was the bottleneck for every operation. Members lost accountability to the friction between apps. The roster kept growing while the operator's hours stayed fixed.

Built AM Training Hall as a unified coaching platform with both a web app and an integrated Discord bot. Coach dashboard surfaces every client's status, alerts, and compliance in one view. Members log workouts, weight, sleep, and nutrition from either the web app or Discord — whichever fits the moment. Programming tools support assigned workouts with set logging, RPE, and PR detection. Waitlist CRM with lead scoring, coach assignment, bulk actions. Discord bot (6AMbot) automates check-ins, roll call, leaderboards, weekly recaps, and compliance nudges. Discord role gating controls web access cleanly.
