make personalization real without turning every rep into a full-time researcher.
Floeberg connects prospect context, message generation, reply handling, client reporting, and campaign learning around the outbound tools your agency already uses.
The pitch promises personalization at volume; the reality is usually templates with a {first_name}, reps spending their day on research and reply triage, and a client-performance conversation stitched from screenshots. The build closes that gap: context gathered before the message is written, drafts a rep reviews instead of writes, replies routed instead of triaged, and one reporting view per client.
We integrate with the Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft stack you already run. Your deliverability infrastructure stays yours — we make what goes through it better, and we don't make deliverability promises nobody can keep.

what the connected workflow covers
the three seams outbound agencies leak through.
- Research that never reaches the message. Prospect context lives in tabs: LinkedIn, company news, recent posts. Gathering it into the drafting step is what makes a message read researched instead of merged — and what a rep cannot do at volume by hand.
- Replies triaged instead of routed. Objections, out-of-offices, referrals, and real interest all land in the same inbox. Classification and routing put the interested replies in front of a rep first, with the context attached.
- Client reporting stitched from screenshots. Clients churn when they cannot see what they are paying for. One per-client view of sends, replies, and booked meetings — reading from the stack, logged to the CRM — makes the monthly conversation about results instead of reconstruction.

common questions
How is this different from Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo?
Those are outbound infrastructure: domains, IPs, inboxes, sequencing, deliverability. Floeberg builds the layer that sits on top — prospect context gathered before the message is written, drafts generated from that context, reply handling that routes objections to the right rep, and client reporting that reads from the stack. We integrate with the tools you already pay for; we don't replace them.
Does the AI send anything without a human seeing it?
Not unless you explicitly turn that on, per campaign. The default is review-first: drafts land in a queue, a rep approves or edits, and only then does the send go out through your existing infrastructure. Autopilot is opt-in for the narrow message types you decide are safe, and everything is logged either way.
Won't AI-generated outbound get our domains burned?
Deliverability outcomes depend on volume per inbox, warm-up discipline, and sender reputation — that is your existing infrastructure's job, and we don't bypass any of those fundamentals or make deliverability promises. What the build changes is the quality of what goes through that infrastructure: researched, specific messages instead of templated mail-merge.
Will this conflict with our existing CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)?
No — we integrate, not replace. Every draft, send, and reply is logged to the prospect record in your CRM with custom field mapping configured at build, so the activity feed stays clean and attribution questions have answers.
Multi-tenant: can we run this for multiple client accounts?
Yes. Client workspaces are isolated: separate sending contexts, separate CRMs, separate reporting. One client’s prospect data and campaign learning never feed another client’s output — which matters when two of your clients compete.
We white-label tools for our clients. Can this be white-labeled?
Client-facing surfaces (reporting views, capture pages) can live on domains branded to the client. The tooling itself is custom per engagement, not software you can resell as your own — the honest framing to your clients is 'our stack', not 'our product'.
Our reps already use ChatGPT. What changes?
ChatGPT-by-hand is rep-by-rep tribal knowledge: every rep prompts differently, results vary, and nothing feeds back into the system. A built workflow encodes the context-gathering + drafting + reply logic once, runs it consistently across every rep and campaign, and logs outcomes so the campaign learns.
Will you sign an MSA or DPA?
For US agencies, a documented SOW + Stripe checkout works for builds. We sign DPAs for agencies with EU-data exposure. For larger engagements where your clients require specific contractual terms, surface those at scoping.

Different vertical, same pattern. The pain shape changes. The engineering depth doesn't.
