who we are

02 · the deal

the deal

We provide two things:

• Floeberg Content OS, the software, at /content-os: a self-serve subscription (from $49/mo) you run with your team. Billed monthly or annually through Stripe, cancel anytime.
• Floeberg Studio, the service, at /services: fixed-scope builds — a Site, or a Site with the tooling that runs the business around it — plus an optional monthly Care plan. Each build is fixed-scope, fixed-price, governed by a Statement of Work, and runs inside a workspace you own.

By using either, you agree to these terms.

03 · paid services

When you book a Floeberg Studio build (a Site or Site + Systems build) via Stripe Checkout, the engagement is governed by the Statement of Work agreed at purchase. The scope is what that SOW lists. The deliverable is the brand, site, and tooling named in that scope, built inside your own Floeberg workspace.

The Care plan is an optional monthly agreement set up after a Build, covering updates, tooling upkeep, and small iterations. It is month-to-month and cancellable anytime; it does not auto-renew without an active relationship.

For the Build, we deliver on or before the duration in the SOW (~3–5 weeks depending on scope). If access on your side (accounts, credentials, stakeholder time, approvals) lands late, the delivery date extends day-for-day.

We will not sign your MSA. The Stripe terms plus the SOW are the agreement for builds; the retainer agreement is the contract for ongoing work. If your procurement workflow requires more, the engagement is not a fit.

Some things are free: the Meta Ad Structure Audit, and the no-charge tier of Content OS (strategy, ideas, hooks, and scripts are free; credit-powered media is metered).

Use them for your own work and share the links freely. You can't resell them as your own product, paste outputs under your consulting brand as if they were yours, or strip Floeberg attribution and republish.

Free tools are provided as-is — guidance, not a guarantee. Using them doesn't obligate Floeberg to anything.

05 · payments and refunds

• Payment processor. Stripe. Card or ACH. We never see card numbers; Stripe handles PCI scope.
• Currency: all prices in USD.
• Tax: prices shown are pre-tax; sales or VAT, if applicable, is added at checkout.
• Refund window: 72-hour refund window after kickoff. Full refund if you cancel within the window for any reason. After 72 hours, the engagement is committed and the SOW governs.
• Chargebacks:if you dispute a charge after work has started, we'll contest it with the SOW and the email confirmation.

Don't do these things on the site, in the #chat channel, or on the bridged Discord:

• Post harassing, threatening, or hateful messages.
• Post spam, scams, affiliate funnels, or promotional content unrelated to AI engineering.
• Attempt to break the auth system, abuse the bot, or access another user's data.
• Scrape the Kit, the site, or the database at machine pace. Read it like a human.
• Impersonate another person or use a fake email.
• Use the site to deliver malware or run command-and-control of any kind.

We can suspend or delete accounts that violate the above without prior notice. We'll explain why after the fact.

07 · intellectual property

• Our content:the Floeberg name, mark, the website code, the brand assets, the Kit text, and the audit deliverables' framework are owned by Floeberg. You can quote them with attribution. You can't republish them wholesale.
• Your content:anything you post in #chat or submit as Kit feedback remains yours. By posting it, you grant us a limited license to display it on the site and bridge it to the connected Discord channel, plus the right to quote a sentence or two anonymously if it would help a future writeup. We won't name you without permission.
• Blueprint deliverables: the final document we ship to you in a paid engagement becomes your property on delivery. The underlying framework stays ours and gets reused in other engagements.

08 · disclaimers and liability

The site, the Kit, and the audit deliverables are provided as engineering opinions and frameworks. They are not legal, accounting, medical, or compliance advice. We make no warranty that running the Kit or the recommendations in a paid audit will eliminate any specific outage, cost overrun, or risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Floeberg's total liability for any claim relating to this site or a paid engagement is capped at the amount you paid (or zero, for free use of the site). Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury. Claims the law refuses to cap.

09 · governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can't be settled by direct conversation will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

EU and UK consumers retain rights granted by their local jurisdiction that this clause cannot override.

When these terms change, the “last updated” date at the top changes. For material changes, signed-in users get an email.
